with communities and to invest into infrastructure in order to reach our long
term sustainable growthmodel in all our business endeavours all over Africa.

the social responsibilitywe have. Being committed to the principles of integrity,
responsibility and accountability we are setting up sustainable livelihood
enhancing projects in order to increase the productivity and live standard of
local farmers and communities fromwhomwe procure our commodities.
As Africa is the birthplace of coffee we are happy to have introduced the ETG
model to African coffee farmers. Having started in Uganda we are currently
purchasingandprocessingcoffee fromTanzania, Kenya, IvoryCoast, Togoand
Ethiopia. By setting up an office for coffee in Vietnamwe have expanded our
operation intoAsia following the groups second focus on theAsianmarkets.
Neverthelessourmain focus incoffeewill stayonAfrica,whereour involvement
will beextendedmassively in the future. Aswewant tobe recognizedasoneof
the leading African coffee supply chainmanagers and a strong African partner
for both our suppliers and buyers. Giving African communities access to the
worldmarket and global buyers access toAfrican commodities.
We noted that it needs continuous efforts to maintain high quality coffee no
matter if it is Robusta or Arabica and therefore will continue our struggle to
improve it together with our local partners. We are sure that the development
process of coffee inAfrica is by far no at its end. Andwe are happy to be able
tobe part of it in the future.

success for people involved inorder tohave smiling farmers andhappybuyers.
