his year’s tournament took place at Kyambogo
University on the1st and 2ndOctober attracting
over 15 teams comprisingof exporters, roasters,
research institute, regulatory authority, logistics firms
and farmer/cooperative organizations all involved in
the coffee trade.
The increasing number of participating teams is a
linchpinof the confidencebymembers in this activity
which started only 2 years agowith 5 teams in the
first tournament and in the subsequent year the
tournament attracted10 teams.
